I have tried this shoe 3 times: first time shoe was o.k. but plastic in heel broke apart and was rough on heel. I had to cut out the plastic as much as possible and then tape the heel with duck tape. Second time shoe (same size) was too tight and hurt toes, I quit wearing after one month. Third time shoe was half size larger and hurt feet after 1-2 months. I'm switching back to Rocky shoes which I used for 29 years previously and had no complaints whatsoever. I only switched because my supplier stated that they discontinued the style that I had worn for 29 years.
